Zach Isbell, MSHA, PMP, CHC

Zach Isbell is the Vice President of Real Estate with Emerus. In this role, his efforts are focused on leading a team in the identification, development, execution, and transition to operations for all new facilities and partnerships. This includes both net new partnerships as well as expansion of existing markets. Other responsibilities in this role include management and administration of the leased portfolio including primary facility leases with existing partners and sub-lease/sub-tenant relationships in master-leased facilities and ongoing capital investment in existing facilities.

Prior to joining Emerus Isbell worked with a wide array of healthcare providers, operators, and healthcare adjacent entities supporting construction, development, and real estate efforts. His experience includes significant time as both a general contractor/construction manager and a contracted Owner’s Representative.
