Sheila’s career spans senior leadership roles in Innovation, Acquisitions and Integration, Product Development, Operations, Distribution and Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality. Her track record includes starting up and institutionalizing the portfolio and project management organization at i3Logic/Statprobe and enabling Pepsi/Frito-Lay to work in self-managed teams and integrate the use of digital technology to ensure quality and cost management.
