Philippe Saad, AIA, is a principal with DiMella Shaffer Associates, a Boston based architecture and planning firm. He has over 15 years of architectural experience contributing to a wide variety of projects focused on community design. Both an advocate and proponent of quality community housing, Philippe’s experience has focused on both affordable and senior housing throughout New England. Philippe is a frequent speaker at LeadingAge and The Global Aging Network. He is a founding board member of LGBTQ Senior Housing, Inc. and Project Q Communities, with missions focused on LGBTQ aging. He was recently awarded EFA Design Champion for 2021.
