Michael is responsible for all aspects of project planning, space management, design, construction, real estate strategy and management, commissioning, FF&E procurement, and move management. His department, along with a team of key external design and construction partners has developed and maintains a comprehensive process for project delivery, as well as a dynamic branded environments guide. By leading collaboratively and cooperatively with others to achieve goals, Michael has provided leadership for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and delivery of numerous successful projects at CCHMC.
