Kelcie Meier, MHA

Kelcie Meier, MHA is the Manager of Organizational Excellence & Alignment for the Indy Suburban Region at IU Health. In this role she manages the activation of the West Expansion project and regional initiatives that impact nursing operations. Prior to this role, she was a project manager focusing on the West Expansion and supporting the Orthopedic Service Line. Kelcie moved from Iowa to Indianapolis in 2016 to obtain her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration at IUPUI. While completing her degree, she joined IU Health in the beginning of 2017. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Iowa in Business Administration. In her free time Kelcie likes to ride her bike, go on runs/walks, and has a personal goal of becoming a dog mom in the next year!
