Joel Farmer has more than 28 years of healthcare design experience. He has planned, designed, and managed numerous healthcare projects around the world for DoD, VA and Private Sectors. Recent key private sector projects include a $50M new medical campus for Riverview Health Westfield Hospital which has the lowest EUI rating for the State of Indiana and a $400M Replacement Hospital for IU Health Bloomington. Joel has extensive experience in behavioral health planning and ensuring technical compliance with detailed submission requirements and coordination/collaboration of multiple disciplines and key stakeholders.
