Beth Duffy

Beth Duffy currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, a 171 bed acute care hospital in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.  This position is a culmination of her 30+ year career at the Einstein Healthcare Network where she held numerous leadership positions.  Prior to being appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Duffy guided the development of Einstein Medical Center Montgomery from the outset, directing and overseeing the activation planning efforts involved in the $350 million project.  She focused these efforts on creating a patient focused hospital consistent with Einstein’s mission and vision. 

Ms. Duffy joined Einstein in 1984 following the completion of her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Temple University.  She has become an expert in healthcare regulatory matters and hospital operations. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, Beth received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. 

Most recently, Ms. Duffy was awarded the 2016 Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology  Healthcare Administrator Award.
