Alberto Salvatore is a Principal at Salvatore Architecture + Consulting. He has 40 years of experience in all phases of healthcare design. He has successfully led teams nationally and internationally on health care projects large and small. His participation on the Healthcare Guidelines Review Committee for the Facilities Guidelines Institute led to the incorporation of his definition of the Environment of Care in the 2006 guidelines. Alberto was a key participant in defining the base knowledge for Evidence Based Design. He participated in the development of the original EDAC Examination, and continues to participate in its continuous improvement. He sits on the EDAC Advisory Council and Environmental Standards Council for The Center for Health Design.
