Lynne Sterrett leads Deloitte’s National Life Sciences and Health Care Consulting practice, a $2B business that brings the Future of Health to our clients. With 25+ years of consulting experience, she has successfully delivered client-focused, executable transformation strategies in the provider and health plan vertical. Her clinician background is a key differentiator working alongside provider, health plan and life science clients with a multitude of next generation technologies including: AI/Cognitive, Cloud migration business plans, and human experience digital offerings.
Lynne has served as the lead client relationship partner for a Bay Area platinum account, where she brought to life bold ideas and state-of-the-art platforms. She led the National Service Operations business which oversaw 600+ practitioners engaging with clients in innovative ways across a variety of sectors from retail to health to financial services. Within Deloitte, she also leads the effort to design how Deloitte transforms industry to support market shifts with convergence of traditional sectors. Lynne founded Deloitte’s Clinical Information Systems practice and is externally eminent in Women in Health Care and the Future of Health.
Lynne was named by Consulting Magazine in 2017 as a Top 25 Consultant and was recently recognized as San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area for 2020. She also serves on the Bay Area American Heart Association Board of Directors.
