Flad Architects is looking for experienced Healthcare Planners in a variety of locations to join our national Healthcare Planning practice as we continue to grow the team.

To help us grow our team, our immediate needs are:
Healthcare Planners – New York:
- Minimum of ten years of recent experience in planning, programming, and developing healthcare departments within large, complex medical facilities, Broad base of experience with inpatient, ambulatory, diagnostic, and academic medical facilities, Associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field, and Revit proficiency required.
Annual base salary range in New York is currently: $105,000 - $145,000. Actual starting salary will be within that range, and is dependent upon job-related education, knowledge, and experience.

- Minimum of 15 years of recent experience in planning, programming, and developing healthcare departments within large, complex medical facilities, Broad base of experience with inpatient, ambulatory, diagnostic, and academic medical facilities, Associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field, and Revit proficiency required. Experience with marketing, analytics, and client engagement preferred.
Annual base salary range in New York is currently: $135,000 - $175,000. Actual starting salary will be within that range, and is dependent upon job-related education, knowledge, and experience.
