JoAnna Rogers, Senior Associate at Moody Nolan, is a highly regarded professional interior designer with more than 25 years in the industry. She is a “visionary listener” dedicated to developing care spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, flexibility, and the mission of each client. JoAnna is committed to human-centered design and sustainable practices. Her integrated design approach is a collaborative effort between design and construction teams, product manufacturers, and vendors, ensuring a unified and cohesive project delivery.
As a senior interior designer, JoAnna has led complex multidiscipline projects at various scales. She is seasoned in overseeing the development of design concepts, client interfacing, documentation, and execution. Her strong aesthetic judgment uses modernism as a platform for evaluating the way color is used in the built environment.
JoAnna’s past work includes serving as Design Director at Communicare Health Services, where she oversaw the design of specialty care and behavior health centers throughout the country, and as Associate Design Leader at NBBJ’s New York Studio. She has also designed healthcare, retail, and hospitality environments internationally, including the Dogus Maslak Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, the Tzu Chi Foundation Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan, and the Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
In addition to her architectural practice, JoAnna serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Columbus College of Art and Design with an educational approach that combines design principles with real-life professional experience.
