Jerry Foster, AIA

Jerry Foster has 21 years of experience as an architect and project manager for healthcare, research, institutional, and higher education clients in a variety of contexts. His background encompasses projects of varying complexity, including master plans, new construction, small- and large-scale renovations, additions for hospitals, and clinical research facilities. Clients include the National Institutes of Health, Dana-Farber Cancer Center, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, to name a few. As a project manager, Jerry successfully led the master plan development and subsequent 330,000 SF multiphase build-out of a new academic medical center for UNC Hospitals in Hillsborough, North Carolina. He is also leading the planning and design process for the 173,000 SF Surgical Pavilion, an addition to the UNC Hospitals campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Jerry earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
