We are thrilled to announce that the Emergency Department Workshop will now offer a bonus on-site tour of the Elmhurst Hospital Emergency Department. This tour will be hosted by Michelle Meziere, MD, Associate Medical Director, Emergency Services and Adam S. Johnson, MSN, RN, Director, Emergency Services & Immediate Care. Dr. Meziere and Mr. Johnson will be presenting their case study of the hospital during the workshop and this is your opportunity to view their ED environment in person!
This tour will be held the morning after the workshop on May 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. The tour is open to 10 participants on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in attending this tour, please provide the requested information below. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
