This session is intended to be a follow-up to the October 17th webinar on how HDR integrated lean strategies and all 8 steps of the Evidence-based Design process to deliver a new patient bed tower at Confluence Health’s Central Washington Hospital.  This webinar features Tracey Kasnic, Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at CWH.  She will discuss her perspective on the research and design implemented by HDR at Central Washington and how it has impacted both work processes and employee satisfaction.  We will discuss our methodology and results from the research conducted and how that research impacted the design of the hospital, the occupants within the hospital, and the efficiency of the building itself.
