Patient and Family Centered Care Conference

This annual Education Resource-Conference showcases innovative healthcare programs that are committed to patient and family-centered care and meaningful collaboration with patients and families.  The three day Education Resource-Conference will feature formal and informal meetings, including plenary sessions, concurrent breakouts, round table discussions, workshops, a video theatre and poster presentations.
