2025 PDC Summit Call for Presentations

Now Accepting Submissions for the Center’s 24-Session Learning Track: Research, Design and Outcomes
DEADLINE: MAY 31, 2024

At the March 2024 PDC Summit in San Diego, The Center produced and debuted an all- new PDC Learning Track – Research, Design and Outcomes featuring recent work from The Center’s research team and Environment Networks, the HERD Journal, and many other familiar healthcare design industry leaders.

If you weren’t there, here’s what you missed.

For the 2025 PDC Summit in Atlanta, we’ll be doubling to 24 the number of sessions we select and produce. Now we’re looking for some smart, forward-thinking and inspiring industry veterans and ambitious up-and-comers as presenters or panelists for our track.

We’re looking for stories that feature the use of research to advance best practices and improve health outcomes, patient experience of care, and provider/staff satisfaction and performance. Topics could include but are not limited to:

  • Evidence-based design research
  • Strategies in the healthcare built environment
  • Design challenges and solutions
  • Pediatric healthcare design
  • Design for mental and behavioral health
  • The patient and family experience
  • Remodeling, renovations and conversions
  • Models for ambulatory care
  • Initiatives that advance equality and social justice
  • Other timely topics

This new track, and our collaboration with ASHE and the PDC Summit, is a major step toward our new goal of enhancing engagement and collaboration between the healthcare design and provider communities to improve health, safety and operational outcomes.

We want to hear what you’re planning, doing and imagining... and see you in Atlanta next year!
