Course Description
This course outlines how telemedicine and virtual care enable healthcare organizations to meet value based care goals. The course explores the changes in virtual care delivery from pre-pandemic to peak-pandemic, and outlines factors affecting virtual care in the future. It provides space design considerations for optimizing the experience for all involved--the clinician, patient, and family/guests.
