Course Description

This presentation is how to calculate a ROI for design interventions using the steps of EBD as a tool to create the framework for the ROI metrics. A case study is included.

Learning objectives:

1. Review the steps of the Evidence Based Design process.
2. Understand why applying a financial ROI on design decisions is important.
3. Learn how to calculate a ROI, read the metrics and communicate results to your client.
4. Apply these findings to a case study.
