Yapapai Regional Medical Center East opened in Prescott Valley in May 2006. The all-new 50-bed, state-of-the-art hospital is located on 37 acres to give it ample room for future expansion. YRMC East incorporates colors inspired by nature, natural lighting and many other soothing design elements to promote healing. All of the rooms are private, and there is space for families to be together.
Its Pebble Project is measuring employee turnover, outcome measures, length of stay cost per unit of service, waiting times, patient satisfaction levels, violence incidents against staff, and organizational behaviors. The project architect is Gresham & Beach Architects.
