Project support:

HCP Project Support is able to provide a full range of health planning, clinical advisory and bid management services in connection with the development of capital projects in the public sector arena. Our experience ranges from inception of projects through to the commissioning phase at completion. The team has worked with all disciplines of design and bid management staff within PFI consortia to develop innovative and affordable design solutions.

 

Operations management:

The operations management division of HCP is a market leader in specialist PFI project. In total HCP manages PFI services in more than 23 hospitals. Over ten years HCP has gained varied experience in running complex PFI projects and established a reputation for delivering new buildings and services on time and within budget.

 

Project services:

As HCP has gained experience in developing, delivering and managing operational projects it has gathered to itself a wide number of skilled staff. HCP now has the expertise to deliver a range of services to optimize value, reduce cost and ensure deadlines on projects in many areas of the public sector for both public and private sector clients.
