Responsibilities Include:
- Healthcare planning and design for project development.
- Coordinating with multi-disciplinary project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and delivery.
- Ability to develop creative design concepts for projects and expand on concepts of others.
- Applying current trends and research in healthcare planning and design, including sustainable design, patient safety, and evidence-based design principles.
- Presentations to client executives and board members.
Qualifications:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited program
- Architectural Registration desired or clarity of path to achieve registration required
- LEED or WELL AP credentialing preferred
- 5 years of healthcare design and planning experience required
- Proficient with Revit, CAD, and/or BIM and other presentation media
- Clear knowledge of healthcare trends and code/regulatory requirements and their application
- Ability to work in integrated project teams
